**The Role**:

- Setup and Breakdown: Coordinate event setups, including furniture arrangement, signage placement, and audiovisual equipment setup. Assist in breakdown and cleanup after events.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to coordinate deliveries, setup times, and any special requirements for events.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment, ensuring items are stocked and readily available for use.
- On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events, assisting with guest registration, directing attendees, and addressing any operational issues that arise.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and venue policies during events, including crowd management and emergency procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of event setups, equipment usage, and any incidents or issues encountered during events.
