Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a Leading Top Tier Legal 500 Law firm in their search for a Head of Residential Property Solicitor to work in their busy and flourishing Derby office.

About the Role:
Our client is looking to bring on an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to come in and work on a variety of HNW matters supplied organically from the firms other departments and external promotions.
Some of your day to day duties will include:

- Managing your own limited caseload.
- Supervising and aiding an existing team.
- Providing excellent client care.
- Engaging in business development to build the companies network.

About You:

- A minimum of 5 years PQE or 8 years Fee Earning in a Residential Property department
- You will possess strong technical knowledge and should have a meticulous eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and consultancy skills in order to confidently engage with colleagues and clients
