Medium-to-long Term Funding Officer

- The Medium to Long-Term Funding Desk is responsible for the structuring and the execution of all bond issues for Credit Agricole S.A. to wholesale debt markets and provides liquidity to the subsidiaries of Credit Agricole S.A.: French retail banking (LCL), International retail banking (Italy, Poland, Ukraine ), Specialised Finance (CA-CF, CALF), Asset Gathering and Insurance (Amundi, CAA, Wealth management) and Large Customers (CA-CIB, CACEIS)

**1. Key Responsibilities**

**Issuance activity: Senior unsecured and Capital Funding for Crédit Agricole SA, Covered Bonds issuances on behalf of CA HL SFH and CA PS SCF**
- Execution of benchmark and private issuances, together with hedging strategies
- Review of documentation and coordination with external parties: auditors, legal counsels and rating agencies and internal: Treasury, Middle office, Back office, Accounting, Risks, IT support

**Set up and update of debt issuance programmes and monitoring of financial disclosure**
**requirements.**

**Refinancing of Group entities and related services**
- Execution of new intra-group loans, restructuring, early redemptions, and hedging strategies
- Review of documentation and coordination with internal parties: Treasury, Middle office, Back office, Accounting, Risks, IT support
- Provide regional banks and subsidiaries with on-demand pricings for their own transactions.
- Improving the execution framework of intra-group transactions by the use and communication of consistent, reliable and traceable pricing methodologies

**Contribution to Financial communication tasks, related to the issuance**
**activity.**
- Coordination and production of the investor presentation
- Response to investors’ queries upon request

**Analysis, monitoring and communication of market data within the**
**Group.**
- Collection of data on the Debt primary market and development of an automated follow-up tool of the secondary market
- Production of the Credit Agricole SA Liquidity grid
- Production of market updates and presentation materials for various committees and forums

**Improvement of IT systems procedures and development of new tools according to new activity and**
**needs.**

**Contribution when needed to all transversal projects or requests in coordination with FIN in Paris, for**
**instance.**
- Specific studies related to subsidiaries activity or market-related activities.
- Development of IT systems in order to explain analytical NBI.
- Palma project for managing global interest rate and interest margin.
- Follow-up and implementation of IGL recommendations

**Contribution to Financial Management tasks, related to the London Branch**
**activity.**
- P&L explanation

Bac + 3 / L3
- Formation / Spécialisation
- Degree preferably in a Quantitative or business related to Fixed Income
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
- Experience in Finance in France or in the UK
- Experience in a Debt Capital Market or Funding team (Front Office)
