**Purpose of the Role**

Our Estate Concierge’ are responsible for impressing and delighting our guests with unforgettable experiences across our 36-acre resort. Working in conjunction with our Front of House, Food and Beverage, Fitness and Leisure, and housekeeping teams, our Estate concierge are always available to respond to guest requests and are expert anticipators.

**A few ‘need to knows’**
- This role offers a four-on-four off shift pattern
- The working hours are 1200 - 2200
- This role is a live-out vacancy
- Interviews may consist of a Teams Call or an onsite visit
- All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

**Role Requirements**
- Meet and greet guests at peak check in times
- Support operational departments outside of our normal operating times
- Respond to, and action, any guest requests or feedback
- Liaise with Department Heads to communicate and deliver guest preferences
- Ensuring guest and working areas are consistently maintained to a high standard, inclusive of furniture and loose fittings
- Be Langdale's lead Fire Marshall and undertake training to our company standard
- Be Langdale’s lead staff member for out of hours building evacuation
- Undertake First aider training to company standard
- Liaise with the management team daily to acknowledge the level of business
- Responsible for liaison with the coordinator of any evening events, Hospitality team and Client Services team for all late meetings and events
- Assist in room set up for following day
- To be aware of and promote all services offered on the Estate
- To know and understand the current policies and procedures of the Estate
- Provide support to Management as required, in cases of emergency.
