**Salary (p/h)**: Days: £15.73/ Nights: £17.33(Inclusive of Shift allowance)
**Working hours**:6am - 6pm/6pm - 6am Monday to Thursday
(46.40 hours per week)
**The Role**: We are looking for experienced CNC Mill Turners to join our busy milling department in our manufacturing facility here in Leicestershire. We have both day and night shifts available. We are a global manufacturer of machined componentssupplying into various sectors worldwide. Our site in Leicester has recently gone through a huge makeover and is now considered to be our centre of excellence.
**What will I be doing when I join you as a CNC Mill Turner?**:

- Set up machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Use and control of CNC programs in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Understand all set up parameters and the effect that they have on the process, for example, datum setting and tool length and wear offsets.
- Working to structured manufacturing plan
- Responsible for setting and operating 5 Axis Mill Turn machines

**The successful CNC Mill Turner will have**:

- Experience Setting and Operating a variety of machines to produce precision machined parts within customer & quality specific tolerances.
- You will have the ability to work to a structured manufacturing plan and be responsible for the quality output while on shift.
- Previous experience with various handheld measuring equipment is essential.
- 3-5 years’ experience within an Automotive/Aerospace environment
- Experience in setting and operating 5 axis mill turn machines
- Ability to read and understand CNC codes
