Nights Sales Assistant - WHSmith - Stansted Airport

- Contracted Hours - up to 39 hours per week
- Nights Sales Assistant usual working hours:

- 6.00pm until 6.00am (unsocial premium) working 3on 3off
- 9.00pm until 6.00am (unsocial premium) working any 5 out of 7 days**Salary**:

- 18 - 20 £7.29
- 21 - 22 £9.66
- 23+ £10.00
- Plus £1.50 unsocial premium for hours worked between 12:00am and 5.00am

- 5 years continuous references (professional/educational/personal gap reference) to gain an Airside Airport Security Pass- Photographic ID I.E passport or UK Driving Licence
- Sales Assistant introduction:

- To provide exceptional customer service, proactively dealing with all customers, making the most of every sales opportunity and acting as an ambassador delivering the WHSmith brand to all our customers.
- Role of a Sales Assistant:

- Deliver a friendly service, smiling, greeting and making eye contact with every customer you come into contact with
- Working on tills accurately and efficiently to provide a positive customer experience.
- Carry out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy
- Working as an active member of the team, supporting colleagues in all tasks
- Meeting high standards of display and visual merchandising to ensure the store is well presented. Accurately following planograms
