**Band 7 Mental Health Liaison Practitioner - Cambridge**

The MHLP will lead a small team across surgeries ensuring delivery of advice, request of service, assessment and signposting. In due course, we hope the service will be able to deliver short interventions and you will be part of developing this part of the service.
