We are seeking to recruit a staff team to support a people living in Bury, Greater Manchester with Autism.

We are looking to recruit people who have a good understanding of the needs of people living with Autism and can be flexible around the shift patterns. The days start at 10am until 11pm and will include sleep over duties (of which there is a separate paid allowance).

We need people to join his team of committed and dedicated workers. To do so you will need to possess the following qualities.
- Resilience - and the skill to see every day as different from the last
- 2 years experience in the Health and Social Care Sector in the UK working with adults with autism
- 2 years experience with challenging behaviour and/or RPI training
- Active and outgoing
- A good understanding of working with people with Autism
- Experience of behaviours that challenge services / Positive Behaviour Plans
- Working as a team as well as independently
- An ability to think outside of the box (regularly)

What are the roles available

We need
- Full Time Support Workers 35-37.5 hours per week
- Part Time Support Workers 16-35 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.18-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
