As we continue to uphold these values, Kingsfield Care Home is looking for empathetic and dedicated individuals to join our **Night Team as Care Assistants**. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of care through the night, ensuring our residents' safety and comfort.

**Shifts**:

- 12-hour shifts from 22:00 to 08:00
- Alternative weekends
- Rolling two-week roster
- Full and Part-Time Contracts Available

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Administering medication as directed
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Escorting residents to appointments or social outings as necessary
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' conditions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate, patient demeanor
- Independence with a strong sense of responsibility
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Calm and professional in stressful situations
- Familiarity with care protocols and infection control
