As a Continuous Improvement Practitioner you’ll be responsible for leading multiple continuous improvement projects and initiatives for the Customer Management Centre (CMC), across retained and outsourced operations. You’ll use your skills and expertise to deliver significant improvement to the customer experience, colleague experience and reduce operational costs supporting the CMC strategy.
**As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for**:
- Leading and managing a cross functional team through the full end to end improvement lifecycle from design, planning and delivery of the initiatives with associated tracking of benefits and impacts.
- Supporting the leadership teams to drive a continuous improvement framework and culture across both retained and outsourced operations.
- Creating and documenting implementation/ roll-out plans ensuring initiatives are delivered in line with relevant governance frameworks
- Providing the necessary training / coaching on operational excellence and continuous improvement tools and techniques
**You will need**:
- A Project Management qualification such as Lean Six Sigma is essential for this role
- Understanding of Currys business and customer expectations
- To use your analytical skills to structure and examine data, interpreting results and using this to provide recommendations for improvements
- The confidence and ability to facilitate training / coaching sessions
- Ability to consult, influence, and partner with business leaders at all levels, whether retained or outsourced
