**Administrator**

An award-winning Chartered Construction Company operating throughout the North West region wishes to appoint an **Administrator **to be based at their Preston head office.

**Essential Requirements**:
A minimum of 3 years administration

Full UK Driving License

Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Word

Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Excel

**Preferred Requirements**:
Experience in a construction environment

**Principal Duties**:

- Provide a full range of administration and secretarial support to the project teams
- Manage and maintain sub-contractor and supplier PQQ database
- Prepare subcontract/supplier orders ready for director approval
- Assist with compiling Construction Phase Plans along with amendments as required
- Provide project files and labels at commencement of a project and assist with administration support/setup
- File and archive site documentation in accordance with ISO procedures
- Print and issue construction issue drawings using Viewpoint for Projects
- Log and distribute RFI’s using Viewpoint for Projects, compiling weekly reports for the project team under the responsibility of the Contracts Manager/Design Manager if applicable
- Assign projects and subcontractor details to Viewpoint Field View
- Set up/compile the Operations and Maintenance Files/Manuals (Adobe Acrobat Professional).
- Register projects with the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS)
- Encourage and promote the use and understanding of the CCS Scheme, its Code of Considerate Practice and associated ideas to help establish new and productive project base innovations
- Compile site specific carbon footprint reports throughout the duration of the project.
- Assist with Reception cover during busy periods

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
