Due to growth, we are recruiting for **Finance Administrator** at Clearway Debt Squared, based in our fast-paced office in Tarporley.
**What you will be doing**:
- Closely monitoring outstanding balances chasing up outstanding balances via Phone Calls and E-mails to achieve timely payments
- Listen and negotiate customer payments
- Effectively answer client queries and update invoices with requested details
- Actively reviewing client accounts and escalating matters accordingly to Account Managers and the Board
- Process new customer accounts and where required review client credit suitability
- Produce and prepare Management Information Reports on Aged Debt
- Accurately inputting and updating Sage 200 and Credit Manager
- Assist accounts team with ad-hoc accounting functions
**What we are looking for**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to listen and negotiate with customers
- Works well in a team and can use initiative
- Analytical skills and thorough attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically good excel skills
- Some experience of Sage and Credit Manager desirable but not essential
**What is in it for you**:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
