What you'll do
- Defining Strategy - support the Digital Technology leadership team in defining its vision, strategic objectives and the steps we must take to meet them.
- Being an agile evangelist - using the principles and processes agile offers to make Sky a better place to work, that delivers higher quality products to its customers more frequently.
- Building lasting structures - changing processes, mentoring people and implementing systems to ensure that the change we deliver sticks.
- Hunting for problem statements - collaborating with teams across the organisation to spot opportunities, define problem statements, develop plans and make them reality.
- Be relentlessly outcome-focused - ensure that everything you do can be expressed in value terms, if you can’t tell how you’re helping the organisation or it’s people, don’t do it
What you'll bring
- You’ve previously held a ‘delivery’ role in an agile or matrix organisation - Product Owner, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Project Manager etc - or can demonstrate a deep understanding of how varied technology teams deliver software in a complex agile setting.
- Experience defining and delivering transformation / business change / continuous improvement initiatives.
- Inclusive leadership style with boundless optimism, an unwillingness to tolerate mediocrity and passion for quality and excellence.
- Proven experience making order out of chaos, communicating well and leading a team towards a clear vision and strategy.
- Passion about driving best practice across processes, principles, development methodologies and delivery approaches.
- A measurement mentality, with experience defining and implementing performance metrics and an understanding of how to trace theoretical benefits of an initiative to its measured outcomes.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
