**NEW VACANCY - We are recruiting urgently for a permanent and full time TRANSPORT CO-ORDINATOR to support the transport manager for a freight forwarder based within the Hayes area.**

**Duties would include**:

- You will processing drivers docs
- Route planning
- Tracking vehicles
- POD's
- Checking drivers hours
- Monitoring time sheets for drivers and hours
- Assisting with training records and booking courses as required.
- General admin

**Skills needed**:

- Previous transport experience
- Experience within route planning
- Good commutation skills
- PC literate
- Freight forwarding experience
- preferred
- HGV 2 license preferred

**Working hours**:

- Monday - Friday 0600-1430 & 1000-1830
