We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent, ISM on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to join our Maritime Department.
**The Role**
In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the administration and management of the CUK safety management system (SMS), risk assessment database and incident management database including system updates, user training and support, and the roleout of system enhancements.
In addition you will review and track ISM related content including the current status of audit findings, non-conformances, tasks, investigation actions, and suggestions.
You will also support with coordinating and managing CUK and Corporate information and reporting requests alongside promoting a positive commitment culture throughout the organisation.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will experience ship or shore in the leisure/cruise environment or military maritime operations. It is essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to work with, provide advice to, train,and promote excellence in ISM compliance. The ability to organise and prioritise workload is important for this role.
