**Supply Chain Analyst**
We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst on a permanent basis, based in Birmingham. Your role will be to support the development and implementation of supply chain risk monitoring and management, and systems and reporting activities across all stagesof the procurement lifecycle. The role involves working with suppliers and colleagues within the supply chain management function to maintain and enhance the organisations approach to measuring supplier capacity utilisation and financial health across over2, 000 critical suppliers and assist with implementing appropriate mitigations, in collaboration with the supply chain.
**As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will need to have/be**:

- Prioritisation & organisational skills - including managing competing priorities to agreed deadlines.
- Ability to produce and present documents and reports to a variety of audiences.

- **Working Hours**: Full time Monday - Friday
- **Location**: Birmingham (2 days per week office based)/Hybrid

**Role of a Supply Chain Analyst**:
- Lead the maintenance of sources of supply chain data and tools, including daily monitoring of key indicators, and analyse, interpret and present data insights, utilising Microsoft Access, Power BI and Power Apps.
- Lead the timely and accurate production of supply chain reporting to update key stakeholder groups, in accordance with SCM programme governance.
- Assist with the development of the SCM database and migration to a new platform (e.g., Microsoft Dataverse).
- Work with Supply Chain Managers to engage with appointed Joint Venture Contractors in identifying supply chain risks and opportunities and develop suitable mitigation plans
- Attend external facing engagement events representing the organisation to external parties.
- Develop supply chain models and maps to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks in the marketplace.
- Provide support to the wider supplier management and Procurement & Supply Chain functions where cross-working is needed.
