**General Labourer**

For the last 30 years, GB has gained a reputation for successfully delivering minor and major building projects.

We can now offer the opportunity for a **General Labourer** to join our expanding **Multi Trade Project works team**, based in Hereford. You will be mainly working on our ongoing MOD property upgrade works program, which can be a Part or Full refurbishment of vacant domestic properties of as well as participating in other varied commercial projects.
- Ideally have proven experience of undertaking general labouring duties in past employment. (Job description - available on request).
- Willingness to carry out further training.
- An ability to assist in additional works alongside your trade colleagues.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience working in a team and independently without supervision.
- An outstanding work ethic and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision and on time to keep with the program.
- Good IT skills.

42.5 hours a week but with regular opportunity to work additional hours.

Driving licence required.

CSCS card not necessary.

**Package**:
Company van, fuel card, trade purchasing cards, power tools, mobile phone and uniform are all provided.

£10.80 per hour (Depending upon experience and skills)

25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.

Company Pension.

Life insurance - 2x basic annual salary cover.
