As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality care, supporting care professionals, management team and driving the growth of our services in Swansea and Port Talbot.

**Hourly salary (based on experience)**:

- Up to £14.50 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the management team in day-to-day operations.
- Conduct care plan reviews, risk assessments, and quality assurance checks.
- Ensure compliance with CIW standards and company policies.
- Participate in new client assessments and onboarding processes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and health professionals.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-3 years in any care setting
- Strong knowledge of care standards.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- A proactive, compassionate, and reliable approach.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
