Night Porter - Award-Winning Hotel

We are looking for a **dedicated and hardworking Night Porter** to join our team at our award-winning hotel. As the first point of contact for guests throughout the night, you’ll deliver an efficient, friendly and professional service while ensuring the smooth and safe running of the hotel overnight.

The Role
- Be the first point of contact for guests during the night, providing a warm welcome and courteous service.
- Ensure the safety and security of the building and our guests.
- Handle guest enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare the hotel for the following day’s business, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Work independently with excellent time management, multitasking and prioritisation skills.

This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality.

Hours & Flexibility
- 40 hours per week, across 5 days.
- Flexibility is required, as shift patterns may vary.
- Specific rota arrangements will be discussed at interview.
