We have an exciting opportunity to join a new Mental Health Community Rehabilitation service for people living in North Lincolnshire and we are looking for enthusiastic and innovative professionals to help us embed this new 7-day service.
To provide day to day effective and efficient administration support of a branch of the Care Group
Support administration teams be able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload, ensuring
effective support for the achievement of contracted targets
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Deal with administrative tasks to deliver a positive outcome
As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive.
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.
Whether you already work for us or are joining the Trust and NHS for the first time, apprenticeships can help you to develop the skills, knowledge and know-how in order to embark on a successful and fulfilling career within the health service.
Provide a senior confidential, quality administrative service to an identified branch of services within the Care Group
Have an understanding/knowledge and be able to work towards the KPI’s and targets set by the commissioner
Maintain quality in own work and encourage others to do so whilst working as an effective and responsible senior team member
To ensure appropriate records storage and archiving is carried out in a confidential and timely manner
To maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in respect of all work
Provide line management to identified Band 2 Administration Assistants including supervision
and PDR
General typing and document creation using Word, Excel and PowerPoint as required
To be prepared to temporarily work in a different area from usual base point if required for the
continuity of service delivery
