We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Laundry Assistant to join our team. The Laundry Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring that our accommodation facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Operating laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines.
- Sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens, towels, and other laundry items.
- Inspecting linens for stains, damages, or defects and ensuring they are properly treated.
- Maintaining inventory of laundry supplies and notifying management of any shortages.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness in the laundry area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Assisting with other housekeeping duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour
