**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensuring all incoming deliveries have been delivered correctly, book them into the system in a timely fashion and the goods are then put into the right areas of the branch
- Excellent customer service skills and a good representative of the company whenever needed to serve customers or answer the phone
- Showcase stock knowledge and an enthusiasm to help the customer at the trade counter whenever needed
- Conducting regular daily stock checks as instructed by the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager and other stock management tasks required
- Merchandising of stock throughout the branch
- Support the organisation of the warehouse and deliveries, ensuring the warehouse and trade counter are kept organised and safe

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous experience of working in the electrical wholesalers industry or in a Goods In Position is preferred
- Drivers Licence is preferred but not essential
