**IT Systems Analyst - Microsoft, Cisco, AWS**

**Knutsford - £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits**

IT Support Analyst with experience supporting Windows / Microsoft environments is sought by a high-quality professional utilities service provider.

As the IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the businesses desktop infrastructure. Working underneath the IT Manager you will plan and deliver the implementation of new systems across 1st, 2nd and 3rd line requirements.

The successful IT Support Analyst should have the following knowledge:

- Windows Server and Microsoft Tech Stack background
- Desktop and server installation and updates
- Wintel and Linux
- Cisco IOS general tasks (VLAN, routers, switches and firewalls)
- Virtualisation experience (VMWare preferred)
- Self-starter, enthusiastic with a proactive and dynamic mindset
- An understanding of ITIL (v2 or v3)
- Cloud Certification (AWS Preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively
