**What You'll Do**:

- Play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and functionality of our clients' gardens by working with and supervising one of our teams.
- Perform a range of gardening tasks.
- Mow lawns and maintain healthy turf.
- Assess soil conditions and have a knowledge of nutrients for optimal growth.
- Monitor and be able to control pests and diseases.
- Execute seasonal planting schemes for vibrant displays.
- Skilfully prune trees, hedges, and shrubs.
- Interact with clients, provide advice, and address concerns.
- Adhere to safety protocols for a secure working environment.
- Contribute to the continued success of our company.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of professional gardening experience.
- PA1 & PA6 Certificate
- Strong horticultural knowledge.
- Proficient in using a range of gardening tools and equipment.
- Physical stamina for demanding tasks and outdoor work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Customer service skills with a professional demeanour.
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and seasonal overtime.
