Technical IT Trainer required for my client a Remote / South based role, salary circa £35-45K + £4.2K Car Allowance + Benefits Office working: my client has offices in Hampshire, Surrey and Hertfordshire. You are required to travel to any of these offices once per week, and as such should be based within a commutable distance of one of these locations Travel: you will be required to visit client sites approximately once per week, depending on client location this may require an overnight stay. Mileage paid at 25p/m on top of car allowance Home working: my client is happy to allow the remaining 3 days per week to be worked from home My expanding client are seeking a Technical Trainer to perform a varied role and own the training function within the business. A background in technical / IT training is essential. There is already a strong foundation of documentation and materials available, and the organisation are looking for someone to build on these and develop materials further. The role will broadly be split into the following areas: " Technical training for resellers and channel partners " Onboarding of new customers onto the clients' solution " Creating training materials and content " Delivering training both face to face and online " Providing product demonstration for new and existing customers " Creating video tutorial resources Responsibilities include: " Responsibility for all training activity to facilitate sales opportunities " Managing the training knowledge base and keeping this up to date " Producing new content across different media types " Maintaining and updating CRM records " Creative thinking in terms of creating new content and bringing new ideas " Regularly updating internal / external recipients of new training materials " Attending shows and trade exhibitions representing the organisation " Utilising customer feedback to optimise training " Assisting partners with product demonstrations " Keeping up to date with market trends, launches, promotions etc. " Tracking competitors Full product training will be provided on my clients products and services.
