Housekeeper

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock toiletries as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors to remove dirt and debris.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
- Assist in laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
