**We are looking for an SEN Class Teacher for a role at an SEN provider in Kirkby Lonsdale, starting immediately.**

**About the role**

The ideal SEN Class Teacher will have previously taught in either SEN provision or within a mainstream secondary setting, working with small classes to support with individualised and mainstream curricula with KS3-KS5 students.

**About the school** The setting is based on the outskirts of the town of Kirkby Lonsdale, with great transport links to the M6 motorway.

They are a large SEN provider for their locality, providing education for students aged 5-19 years old.

All of the students and young people have significant barriers to learning due to their complex learning difficulties and disabilities in the area of autism spectrum disorder, learning difficulties, associated social, emotional and mental health conditionsand medical and health issues.

**Requirements** To be considered for the role of SEN Class Teacher you will:

- Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
- Experience working with SEMH students
- Recent relevant teaching experience within the past two years

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
