This is a unique role, you will be based in their Tooting Office with the title of **Senior Sales Negotiator** with further progression opportunities in the future. You will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated and have property knowledge in both of these areas. Must be able to win and promote business and be excellentat building relationships.

You'll need to be able to set goals, learn quickly, manage your time effectively, adapt and commit to being the best you can be. You'll need to be proactive and comfortable making things happen, rather than waiting for them to happen. Your career MUST beimportant to you.

**Senior Sales Negotiator**
- have 3 years of estate agency experience, and must be able to value.
- be able to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
- show strong communication and interpersonal skills
- have the desire and motivation to achieve targets/goals
- display high standards of service and presentation
- strong local knowledge
- a full UK driving license
