**JOB TITLE: Cleaning Supervisor Nights**

**LOCATION: Northern Line**

**CONTRACT: Permanent, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, 21:00-05:00**

**PAY RATE: £12.95 per hour**

**ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE**

ABM is looking for a hardworking and proactive Supervisor to join our team working within the TFL sites. Your duties will involve supervising the general cleaning of accommodations, train cleaning operatives. You will be responsible to maintain, monitoring and controlling the cleaning operatives within your remit of operations. You will also be required to Supervisor the team on shift and make sure they are carrying out the tasks to a high standard and directing them to reactive issues as they present themselves.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervising a team of cleaners
- Monitoring and controlling of operatives to ensure completion of various cleaning duties to a high standard.
- Completing paperwork
- Communicating with Line Manager
- Training of staff
- Conducting Team briefings
- Accountable for your team
- Health & Safety

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- A Valid Driving License with over 1 year or more experience. Knowledge of London Roads
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Outstanding Communication skills both internal and external
- The Ability to effectively prioritize your workload and build relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail
- A customer-focused approach
- A proactive/can-do attitude to work
- The ability to work on own initiative and take full responsibility for the role.
- The ability to follow processes/instructions
