An Accounts Receivable Specialist with fluent Italian and English is urgently needed for a global company based in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Italian-speaking Accountant who is ready for a new challenging positionwith a wide international scope. The role would be to support the sales process through monitoring customer accounts and managing credit exposure within the appointed region. The role would be offering hybrid working, with 3 days working from the office and2 days working from home.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Raising credit notes, processing invoices, and billing
- Managing Debt collection in the appointed regions, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to respond to queries
- Controlling documentation and processes
- Other tasks as assigned
**About you**:
The ideal applicant will be responsible, organised, have strong analytical skills and have solid experience in a similar Accounts Receivable or Sales Ledger role. This is a great opportunity for someone fluent in Italian to join a forward-thinking organisationand expand their knowledge on an international scale.
**Profile**:
- Required to be fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- (Part-Qualified) accountant, CIMA, ACA or ACCA or equivalent is desirable
- Previous skills in accounting, ideally in an Accounts Receivable or Sales Ledger role
- Flexibility in the work patterns during quarter and month-end required
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or ERP
- Hard worker and able to take full responsibility for accountancy duties including trial bookkeeping and management
- Must work in an organised manner and have good communication skills
