**Shifts 7.30pm-8am, 4 on 4 off**

**Responsibilities-**
In this role you will be working Waking Night shifts,
Getting the young people up each morning and general domestic duties during the night,
**Additional duties as and when required-**
Arranging and supporting children to participate in exciting activities and supporting their interests and hobbies.
Preparing meals, undertaking shopping trips.
Attending important meetings with social services or health services.
Helping to support and encourage our children to engage in and be successful in education.
Creating a homely environment in which our children can feel safe and cared for.
Collaborating and communicating with your colleagues to implement the best possible care practices.
Ensuring that recording and reporting is undertaken to a very high standard
To be responsible as Key worker for young people undertaking casework, report
writing and initiating and implementing individual care plans.
