**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

Having experienced consistent strong year-over-year growth, SBC Media is enhancing an existing role in the media team to ensure the efficient delivery of advertising and media services to our clients.

Reporting to the Media Director, the Advertising and Media Operations Executive will become an integral part of the Media Delivery team responsible for delivering editorial and other services to our paying clients and ensuring that they receive value from working with SBC.

The Advertising and Media Operations Executive is first and foremost a customer facing role, that will suit someone who likes interacting and building relationships with people. You will also need to be very organised, taking accountability to ensure that no detail is overlooked in the successful delivery of each media package.

The Advertising and Media Operations Executive will have primary responsibility for setting up client advertising campaigns across our full portfolio of B2B news websites, as well as analysis and reporting of campaign performance.

They will also coordinate the administration and tracking of other media services, in support of the Media Director and other media executives, including editorial content, podcasts, webinars and video interviews.

The role will also involve a basic level of data analysis and reporting around campaign performance, for regular reporting back to clients (via the sales team and media executives) as well as internal decision making.

The Advertising and Media Operations Executive role will suit someone who enjoys keeping on top of the detail and ensuring efficient operations, filling a key role within a larger team focused on managing client relationships and delivering editorial content.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Client delivery and administration
- Pick up the customer relationship from completion of sale, be accountable to manage it through delivery to ensure customers have success with their media packages
- Sets up ad campaign in ad server and updates inventory
- Ensures client has provided all creative elements for the campaigns sold
- Understands and applies the advertising guidelines, for web and print, including dimensions, banner weight, tracking links and preferred file types
- Sets up other campaign elements (editorial, podcast, webinar) in the appropriate tracking systems to enable Media team to manage delivery of the services
- Keeps on top of client delivery of media services, following up with colleagues on the media team to confirm status

Campaign performance reporting
- Generate reports on campaign performance for delivery to clients; share reports with sales team and media team colleagues to support their relationship with clientsUnderstand how to interpret the data associated with both advertising and editorial performance, provide insights to Media Director and media team colleagues to help guide future strategy for their clients
