We are currently recruiting for an Evening Shift Cleaner to work in a high end office building within the Leith Area.
- x1 EVENING CLEANER - 5pm-8pm
- MONDAY TO FRIDAY - 15 HOURS PER WEEK

RATE OF PAY - £11.44 PER HOUR - PAID FORTNIGHTLY ON A FRIDAY
- 28 DAYS HOLIDAYS (PRO RATA)
- ENROLMENT INTO A WORK PLACE PENSION SCHEME
- OVERTIME AVAILABLE
- An excellent attendance record (references will be asked for)
- A keen eye for detail
- A professional, pleasant and friendly manner
- Must be reliable with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work well in a team and be a team player
- Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment is desirable, however onsite training will be given
- Excellent command of English is a requirement and is essential in both oral and written

- **Duties to include but not exhaustive are**:_
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitise toilets and replenish supplies
- Empty general bins and recycling bins
- Clean internal windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, stairs and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- **Qualifications are desirable but not essential as on the job training will be provided on a one to one basis with your Manager**:_
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- PVG Disclosure Scotland (preferred)
