**Immediate Start**
We are on the search for an experienced Site/COSS Supervisor to join our new Rail Arboriculture/vegetation team operating between the Midlands, South Yorkshire and Doncaster.
As Site/COSS Supervisor you will assist with overseeing the site safety for our vegetation teams and provide support when needed to clear, fell, trim and replant along Network Rail routes to provide a safe passage way for the UK’s transportation industry.
You will lead, motivate teams and provide safe ways of working through delivery of Toolbox talks, task’s and SSOW briefings. Strong communication skills, industry knowledge and a calm pragmatic approach is essential.
As first point of contact for our grounds team in the North, you will be supervising third party contractors and our very own COOMBES internal vegetation team.
