**Summary**:
- RAF Cosford are looking to employ an Admin person based within a small team in Passes and Permits. The department is responsible for the control of entry for all visitors to the station. The key tasks of the RAF Cosford Passes & Permits section are the provision of specialist and administrative support in the implementation of the procedures and regulations in place for entry into RAF Cosford, including but not limited to the provision of station passes for all visitors to as well as the managing of all relevant data in accordance with the MOD Privacy Policy & GDPR, Local Data Protection Advisor Handbook & Principal Data Protection Advisor Handbook.

**Responsibilities**:
- The maintenance and - where appropriate - preservation of passes & permits records, as well as the SISYS database. This includes producing reports, equipment maintenance, fault finding, error recording & reporting and adding & removing advice notes or warnings.
- Assisting in processing Station clearances on behalf of Cosford RAF Police (RAFP), liaising with the RAFP Protective Security (PS) section and vetting clerk when necessary.
- Maintenance of all consumables, paperwork, system materials and any other products to efficiently manage the outputs of the passes and permits office.
- Assisting the unit with VIP visitors and/or events, where appropriate.
- Issuing and receiving accommodation keys, building keys and fuel keys and maintaining key registers when no member of the MPGS is present to do so and when this would not detract from the main duties of the passes and permits clerk.**Behaviours**:
