We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. In this role you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring the efficient operation of extrusion machinery to meet quality and production standards. **What we need you to bring to the team**:

- Prior experience operating manufacturing machinery.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Possession of an FLT counterbalance license.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible shift schedule, including rotating day and night patterns (e.g., 4 on, 4 off, alternating between 5:45 am - 6:00 pm and 5:45 pm - 6:00 am).
- A strong passion for driving continuous improvement.
