The Role

Here at CXO Media group we pride ourselves on our flexible approach to all our projects and also our person-centred approach with our team. We believe that the role of a delegate sales executive can be executed in many different ways depending on the individualtaking on the role.

As a Delegate sales executive your role will consist of
- Profiling senior executives to attend unique high level private dinners
- Manage the daily response to the delegate management system
- Identify and engage with the senior executives
- Assist the events teams in other areas of event management as and when required
- Be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relationships with delegates
- Liaise with C-Suite, director level, senior executives in global companies
- Manage and respond to any delegate or registration queries within the time frame specified
- Work with new and emerging technology worldwide
- International travel to support the team in executing events.

- Base salary of £25-30k. Uncapped Commission ( £35-50K OTE)

**Requirements**:
CXO Media Group is an organisation packed full of motivated and committed members. We are looking for a driven graduate, or a sales executive with previous experience in delegate sales (although not essential) and a passion for people.

You will be a highly motivated individual who is able to show initiative and structure your own day to yield positive results. A large amount of the role will consist of telephone calls and digital outreach therefore a strong and confident communicator isessential. We are looking for someone with personality, enthusiasm, and a zest for life

Although this role is largely spent at home it is important to us that you enjoy being part of a team. Throughout the year we provide opportunities for team building days and value the importance of supporting each other to grow.

Location

This role will be working from home, however there may be a requirement to attend training, team exercises and events.

Occasional travel in the UK, Europe or Worldwide
