**We are currently recruiting coaching staff to deliver sports coaching sessions in **Southwark

**Reporting Structure.**

After school club Sports Leader with 20-25 hours a week contract

**Payment;**

Payment is dependent on coaching qualifications and experience, and on submission of an approved timesheet.

**Job Purpose;**
- To ensure the sessions being delivered are safe, fun and informative.
- To be approachable and interact with parents and teachers.
- To be the school's point of contact for registration and queries on coaching days.
- Communicating with assisting coaches with regards to the session.

The job holder will have responsibility for preparing and executing coaching sessions to children of varying ages, levels and ability and work as part of a team.

**Sessions may include one or more of the following (times could vary)**:

- **Breakfast Sport Club 7.30.9.00pm**:

- **After Schools Sports Clubs 3.45pm - 4.45pm.**:

- **Extended Day Club - 3.00pm - 6pm.**

The job holder will commit and conform to Team Get Involved Procedures. Team Get Involved Coaches Guidelines, Code of Conduct, Child Protection Procedures and follow our coaching curriculum.

**Priorities;**
- To be reliable and punctual.
- To deliver good quality planned coaching sessions.
- To be child-focused and a good role model for children and the company.
- To put the welfare of the players first and report any concerns, complaints or issues.

**Duties;**
- To prepare, execute and complete coaching activities.
- Report any issues, concerns or allegations to the Area Managers.
- Work with fellow Team Get Involved colleagues.
- To be aware of all emergency procedures.
- Attend Team Get Involved meetings and coaching seminars when necessary.
- Conform to FA or equivalent guidelines.

**Licence;**
- Safeguarding Children (preferred)
- First Aid / Emergency Aid (preferred)
- DBS Certificate (required)
- NGB LEVEL 1 coaching award minimum (required)
- Driving License (optional)
