Corporate & Systems Accountant

Our client is a prestigious Property Asset Manager managing billions of AUM for one of the biggest global Investment Managers.
They are seeking a Corporate & Systems Accountant to join their growing Operations Team, and will review all corporate finance and accounting aspects of the Property assets. The Associate will report directly into the head of the team and have exposure tothe systems management of the business.
**Responsibilities**
- Liaising with the Head of Finance on the management and oversight of all corporate accounting parts of the Real Estate entities
- Review of monthly management accounts, consolidations, financial statements and bi-monthly payment processes
- Assisting with some reporting requirements, including tax returns
- Working with outsourced accountants and external auditors to review all information
- Managing corporate finance parts as well, including the budget and cost allocation models
- Responsible for the treasury management of Property assets
- Oversight of the accounts payable process for all investment entities, working closely with the investment team to ensure payments and cash receipts are upheld
**Key Requirements**
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA fully qualified accountant
- Very strong technical skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel and other accounting software packages
- Understanding of financial models is preferable
- Analytically minded and very technically astute
- Good communication skills, liaising with internal and external teams at all levels
