Spa Receptionist

With a flair for customer service and reception experience, ideally gained within a hotel or leisure setting, you will be a member of our busy front of house team.

You will provide guests with a warm welcome and ensure they have an outstanding experience throughout their stay with us. You will deliver check in and check out processes with high standards of accuracy and guest care alongside dealing with a whole range of guest queries and other duties.

**Hours: 30 per week**
**Shifts: 07.00-15.30, 08.00-18.30 and 14.00-22.00** **(2-week rolling rota, including every-other-weekend)**
**Salary: £12.00 per hour, increasing to £12.50 after a successful probation**
