Moving forward we have ambitious, yet achievable plans to grow all of which makes it an exciting time to join our team.
Ideally you will have previous experience working with designing packaging and be able to demonstrate a strong work-based portfolio showcasing your creative thinking. If you have worked directly or alongside a printing company that would be ideal.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Use MAC operating system and design packages
- Ensure that design work is aligned with brand guidelines
- Be able to check artwork on a technical level
- Support the team with general day to day operations
- Understand and interpret briefs
- Have the ability to think creatively and help us to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Work on projects that are allocated to you by the Marketing & Sales Teams
- Working closely with other designers and departments on the entire project life cycle, from the initial proposal stages, commercial amendments and artwork updates
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and possess superb time management skills

**Experience/Qualifications required**
- An exceptional eye for detail and be passionate about producing high quality work
- Demonstrate some experience of working within a creative environment either agency or in-house
- Be up to date with industry-leading software and technologies
- Highly proficient in design and art-working
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
- Relevant university/professional degree or equivalent experience
