Currently looking for an experienced administrator to join their Financial Planning department.

**Finance Administrator responsibilities include: -**
- Work together with the review team to support consultants.
- Compiling valuation and review packs for consultant presentations.
- Entering details into the Intelligent Office Client Database system.
- Liaising with providers to obtain accurate data gathering

**Finance Administrator requirements include: -**
- For you to be service-focused, offering great client care, especially over the phone
- Ideally experience in a financial planning administration role.
- Great communication skills, and the ability to work within a team

**Package**:

- Holiday 25 days plus 8 Bank Holidays from 1st May to 30th April
- Can carry over up to 5 days holiday into next year automatically
- Closed between Christmas and New Year (3 days holiday)
- Annual salary review
- Sick pay SSP plus company sick pay at the firm’s discretion
- Payment of any professional subscriptions or accreditations relevant to your role
- Fund your training circa £5k - 8k per year and depending on qualification might give paid time off e.g., ACA, some AAT.
- Firm will provide, free of charge, Life Insurance cover of 3 times your basic salary to normal retirement age.
- Pension - join after 3 month’s probation, the employer contributes 5%

Key to this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support for the Financial Planning Review Team and Consultants. The role will primarily consist of producing valuation reports for client reviews but will also include ‘ad-hoc’ processing and tracking of new business.If this is of interest to you, we would love to hear from you.
