We’re now looking for a Billing Supervisor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Please note - This role can also be based within West Midlands and Cheshire.

**The Role**

As a Billing Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the billing team to ensurecomplete and timely invoicing to Customers. Specifically, you’ll report into the Transactional Financial Controller.

Additionally, you will:

- Lead the billing team to ensure invoices are issued to clients accurately and within SLAs.
- Working with the Financial Controller to set team and individual objectives.
- Providing training and support to the billing team
- Continually working to improve processes.
- Monthly invoicing on ConnectWise and/or inform.
- Updating customer agreements to reflect monthly usage.
- Tracking new monthly revenue won and updating ConnectWise/Inform
- Ad-hoc ticket and project invoicing on ConnectWise
- Raising credit notes and monitoring
- Working with Credit Control Supervisor to investigate and resolve escalated billing issues.
- Setup of new clients in the relevant Finance systems
- Adhoc work as assigned by the Financial Controller

**About You**

To be considered as a Billing Supervisor, you will need:

- Experience in raising sales invoices.
- Experience in maintaining customer records in a CRM system.
- Experience supervising a team.
- Experience in Excel.
- Confidence and ability to communicate at all levels.

Desirable skills include:

- Experience using ConnectWise.
- Experience with Comms invoices - Inform.
- Experience working with Xero.
