**Position: Customer Service Advisor**

**Location**: Coopers of Stortford Office

**Type**: Full-Time (5 days out of 6, Monday to Saturday)

- **Resolve Inquiries**: Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products to offer informed advice and recommendations.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers with placing orders, and processing returns.
