**Engineering/Manufacturing Account Manager, Kidlington**
**£25,000 - £35,000 plus bonus**

Global CTS is working with a strong manufacturing business who require an enthusiastic person for this exciting role dealing with manufacturing clients. You will have a background in either engineering or a technical slant as you will be talking to customersabout the products and advising them on their suitability. If you enjoy learning how things are made, can strip down a computer or other similar devices this could be the role for you.

We are looking for someone who can provide a high quality customer experience, the role entails providing technical information of products to customers so a keen interest in engineering is essential. Joining a team of six you will receive full trainingon these unique products, you will need an inquisitive mind and be able to demonstrate an interest on how things work and are put together.

**What we would like?**
- Proven track record in business-to-business sales, preferably to manufacturers
- CRM experience - we use Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent telephone manner - be comfortable using the telephone as a proactive sales tool
- Effective written and oral communication skills - to maintain sound relationships with customers,
- sales partners and colleagues
- Whilst a technical background is required, the most important quality is an ability and willingness to
- learn about and understand our products
- Professional demeanour and attitude, outgoing and friendly
- Organised, focussed, sales driven

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Maintain and develop regional customers as part of a team, providing a high level of service at all times
- Demonstrate products to the customer, so you must be able to show an interest in learning how these are made
- Deal with queries, orders and quotations from new and existing customers
- Maintain internal sales processes by meeting SLA's and customer requirements
- Build and enhance relationships between our customers and our company
- Professional demeanour and attitude, outgoing and friendly
- Organised, focussed, sales driven, excellent telephone manner
