**About the Role**

We're looking for an experienced and highly creative designer to help the Marketing team deliver exciting campaigns and communications. This is the perfect time to join and help shape our approach as we grow, with many opportunities available for development in the role.

Main responsibilities will include providing professional, brand-led, visually creative solutions for the many varied external and internal communications and initiatives across a range of different audiences and platforms. It will require great planning skills, an excellent level of experience in building and managing brands and sub-brands and a strong sense of creative problem solving.

Working hours are 40 per week, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and the role is based out of our Sheffield Head Office, with hybrid office and home working preferences accommodated.

As a Creative Designer, you will deliver highly creative and engaging brand-led visual communications solutions across a range of external and internal audiences.

**You will need to**
- Have or be studying towards a relevant design qualification
- Have previous experience working as a creative designer, delivering high quality visually creative solutions
- Be skilled in the delivery of digital solutions for social media and websites
- Demonstrate good stakeholder management abilities
- Utilise creative thinking to provide ideas and solutions
- Demonstrate a solid track record of brand-led thinking
- Demonstrate excellent planning skills
- Be motivated, enthusiastic and passionate, with a strong track record of delivering great results
- Be highly organised with a demonstrable proactive attitude, with an ability to adapt quickly to change
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, whilst delivering at pace and within agreed timescales
- Have a desire and ability to work as a team to help Tuffnells succeed
- Demonstrate great communication
