At Cantley Grange Care Home, we are looking to hire a Housekeeper to join our fantastic Burlington Care team Reporting to the Home Manager, you will manage a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the home.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will complete a variety of daily and weekly cleaning tasks to ensure the home is clean and safe for Residents, staff and visitors.
- Manage a team of Domestic Assistants
- Adhere to the companies Infection Control policy.
- Complete relevant documentation to evidence the cleanliness of the service.
- Sort washing into relevant groups, where applicable, and process it through the washer, drier and iron.
- Ensure the laundry room is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Excellent time-keeping and attention to detail.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
- Be available to work alternative weekends, or when required.
