**The Role**:
*The role requires being able to travel to multiple regions within the UK.*

Full time hours or two to four 12 hour shifts per week, days, and nights.

You will work solely for Claimont Health and support our clients.

Full induction and clinical overviews for each client you take on.

Claimont Health is a CQC registered unique Mental Health service provider in the Private Sector, predominantly providing person centred, holistic services to clients who prefer to be treated in the comfort of their own home. We offer a tailored service,providing highly skilled mental health professionals to complement client's needs.

As a member of our team, you will be offered a varied caseload of work, depending on your skills and experience. Claimont is now bringing our services to a wider population, and we are keen to speak to all nurses who are real all-rounders who are preparedto go to wherever the care is needed. This may be Live In with private paying clients, it may be home visits, or it may be getting involved with one of the contracts we have supporting the NHS.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Mental Health Support Workers, who are able to provide all round support based at the individuals home or within an acute setting to join our team either on a Full Time or Bank Staff basis.

**Required Skills/Qualifications**:

- You will be NMC registered with at least 18 months or more experience in your chosen field.
- 1 years or more experience as a Mental Health Support Worker.
- Flexibility, maturity, independence, and carry a very high professional standard.
- Commitment to delivering client specific care.
- Adaptable approach to support client and family members.
- Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting.
