Property Inventory Clerk

**Responsibilities**
- Communicating effectively and professionally with letting agents and tenants
- Liaise with the Head of Property Services and team
- Travelling around the Hampshire area to complete inspections
- Carrying out inspections on residential properties at the beginning and end of tenancy
- Producing inspection reports using bespoke software
- Taking high quality clear and accurate photographs for inclusion in the reports
- Ensuring all meter readings and property keys are entered onto the reports
- Ensuring all reports are detailed and completed to the highest possible standard
**Requirements**:
- Possess excellent written and spoken English
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be punctual and reliable
- Have a good eye for detail
- Smartly dressed with a professional appearance
- Comfortable with lone working
- Experience as an inventory clerk or working in the property industry is essential. Preferably with Inventory Base software experience.
- Hold a full UK licence and have access to a vehicle to travel to agents and properties
