We are looking for an experienced Café/Bar Assistant to join our hard working team who is flexible with shift work. Preferably barista trained with level 2 Health & Hygiene but not essential. Weekly shift patterns will rotate, working every other weekend. Weekend hours are 8.30am-5pm and week day shifts are either 9am 5pm or 12pm-8pm typically. Hours may vary a little with events. The role is 24 hours per week and is likely to offer overtime to cover holidays, busy periods and the occasional member evening event.

**What we are looking for**:

- **Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to working alone in a licenced premise.**:

- Ensure high standards are always delivered in compliance with Health and Safety and Food hygiene requirements.
- Food hygiene level 1 / 2 desirable.
- Good communicator with ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
- Punctual, friendly and has a passion for customer service.
- Resilient and can work under pressure.
- Flexible and can work evenings and weekends.
- Team player
- Experience preferable but training can be given

**Your Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Taking food and drinks orders.
- Make and help prepare food and drink to club’s standard.
- Taking payments for food and drink.
- Be a champion of hygiene, cleanliness and club standards.
- Ensure that Kitchen records are updated, and wastage is recorded and kept to a minimum.
